The Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission approved its registration and supervision on February 28, 2025, with Company Registered Number 2025020190718-06. The License To Operate (LTO) was issued by PNP-SOSIA on May 15, 2025, with LTO No. PSA-WGS-M01017-2025.
Founded in 2024, the company is owned and managed by highly trained professionals, alumni of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) and Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA). Its people have served in elite forces including AFP Special Operations Command (SOCOM), Light Reaction Regiment (LRR), Royal Marines British Commando, and global maritime security high- and war-risk areas.
We utilize aerial surveillance Phantom drones, high-resolution TDN cameras, CCTVs, Smart Hybrid Light Technology alarm systems, PROTON ELIC underground scanners, mobile patrol vehicles, and other innovative technologies to enhance security protection.
Client property is monitored from aerial, ground, and underground perspectives, ensuring the highest quality of surveillance and protection through our pioneering Top, Middle, Bottom security protection approach.
